Luckily, the official Store in Windows 10 offers an easy way to view app purchase history. You can view information like all free as well as paid apps installed from the Store, how much you paid for a particular app, and payment type. On top of that, you can view the date at which an app was purchased or installed.
Simply complete the given below directions to view the list of free and paid apps installed from the Store.
NOTE: If you have used multiple Microsoft accounts to install or purchase apps from the Store, you need to sign in with all accounts one after another to view all apps purchased from the Store. The Store displays purchase history only for the currently signed in account.
Step 1: Open the Store app, either clicking or tapping on its tile on the Start menu or using the Start menu search.
Step 2: Once the Store app is launched, click or tap three vertical dots which appears next to your user icon, and then click or tap Purchased.
This will open your Microsoft account in your default browser. If asked, enter your Microsoft account password to view recent apps installed from the Store.
As you can see in the pictures below, the webpage shows the app purchase date and payment type. On the left side of the page, change the filter from the default three months to All available to view the full purchase history.
