Access Your Google Dashboard

It is very simple to access Google Dashboard. You can do that by going to Google, My account page via any web browser. Once you go to my account page of Google, you will be asked to log in, in case you are not logged in with Google.

  • As you get to My Account page, locate Sign-in & Security and under that look for Device Activity & Security Events.
  • You will get information related to recently active devices. To check the entire dashboard, click on Review Devices.

What Do You See On My Google Dashboard?

Dashboard provides detailed information related to each device that logged in to your Google Account within 28 days or is currently signed-in. The list will display all the Android & iOS devices, PC and web browsers which accessed your Google account.

In the list, beside every device, you will get time and date when the account was accessed. If you switch devices quite often, then there could be a detailed report.

How To View Detailed Information?

If you want to get detailed information of a device, click on it and you will get a collection of detailed info which includes the last location at which it was used. The additional information provided might vary according to the type of device.

Mobile Devices

On a mobile device such as an iPhone/iPad, or Android device you will get information such as last synchronized with the account, web browsers used, and the exact make and model of your device. It also contains an option to locate your lost or stolen device.

Computers

For a Windows PC or Mac computer, you will get information such as web browsers used, list of recent locations, where it had been used.

How To Stay Secure while using My Dashboard?

To stay safe, scrutinize every detail related to your account such as which device was used to access your account along with time and location. If you see a device listed which you don’t recognize then remove that device to secure your Google account. You can also check whether your account has been used in a place where you never been at.

Secure If Your Account Has Been Used in A Foreign Country

If you see that your account has been used at a place you have never been at, then lock your information. However, the activity seen can’t be fully trusted as if you use some third-party app using Google account, then foreign entry could be seen.

If you suspect suspicious behavior, then you can make changes to your Dashboard easily. From the top corner of the page, choose Secure Your Account link which takes you to Google Security checkup. Here you can change account password & activate 2-Step Verification, now check the recovery information, app passwords, account permissions, and Gmail settings.

  • Go to Google Devices and Activity Dashboard, then locate the device that you want to remove and click on it.
  • Now you will get device info. with more details, locate a red button which is labeled Remove.
