Isn’t the Windows 10 Store app not opening? Are you unable to download and install apps from the Store? Are you getting an error while installing apps from Store? Are you unable to sign-in to the Store in Windows 10? Here is an easy way to fix the Store app in Windows 10 by resetting it.
If you have been using Windows 10 since its release about a few years ago, you likely have installed a few apps or games from the Store. And while using the Store app, you certainly encountered issues, at least once.
Starting with Windows 10 Anniversary update build, Microsoft has introduced an option to reset Windows 10 apps. The Store app is one of the many apps that you can reset to fix issues. The app can be reset by navigating to Settings > Apps > Apps & Features.
Resetting the Store app will clear all data saved by the Store app on your current device as well as remove your sign-in details. This means that you will need to sign-in to the Store all over again.
