Google Meet is a free video conferencing service by Google. Anyone with a Google/Gmail account can create and join Google Meet meetings for free. The free version allows up to 100 participants and up to 60-minute duration per meeting.

Since millions of users across the globe are already using Gmail and other Google services, a significant percentage of Gmail users are naturally using Google Meet for video calling.

Although Google Meet can be accessed from the web browser, most computer users prefer installing the app on their computer so that they can create and join Google Meet meetings quickly and easily.

Is the Google Meet app available for Windows 10/11?
